Each board is shipped via overnight delivery in a temperature-controlled, insulated box with ice packs to ensure it arrives chilled and ready to enjoy.
Does the board come pre-assembled?
Yes, our boards arrive fully arranged and ready to eat. Simply remove the board from the vacuum-sealed packaging and serve.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a specific delivery date up to 365 days in advance to ensure your board arrives perfectly timed for your event.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or late, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How long will the board stay fresh in my refrigerator?
Our boards are vacuum-sealed and will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 7-10 days. Once the seal is broken, we recommend consuming the contents within 24 hours.
